Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Bilingual Logistics Specialist fluent in Korean and English to join our vibrant supply chain team. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing and optimizing logistics operations across international and domestic channels, ensuring seamless coordination between vendors, warehouses, transportation providers, and customers. Your expertise will drive process improvements, enhance inventory accuracy, and support strategic sourcing initiatives. -Responsibilities and Duties
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with carriers, suppliers, and customers
- Monitor inventory levels and support inventory accuracy
- Prepare and maintain shipping and logistics documentation
- Track shipments and resolve transportation issues
- Coordinate with Production, Purchasing, Warehouse, and Customer Service teams to ensure on-time delivery
- Communicate with freight carriers, customs brokers, and third-party logistics providers (3PL)
- Support continuous improvement of logistics and warehouse operations
- Additional Duties: In addition to the responsibilities listed above, this role may be assigned other related duties as needed to support efficient production operations and evolving business needs.
- Comply with all production-related safety rules and procedures while performing assigned duties.
-Experience and Required Qualification
- Proven experience working in a supply chain operations role with a focus on warehouse management, logistics coordination, or procurement.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse experience including stocking, materials handling, shipping & receiving procedures.
- Ability to communicate effectively in both Korean and English across diverse teams and external partners.
-Preferred:
- Green Card holders
- Associate's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field preferred
- 2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, shipping, or warehouse operations preferred
- Korean/English bilingual
- Strong analytical and Excel skills
- Automotive industry experience
- Experience working with OEM customers
