Responsibilities of the Sales Support Associate
- Engage with our clients in person and share how our charity initiatives uplift local families and foster a stronger, more connected neighborhood.
- Contribute to raising awareness of ongoing fundraising efforts in person, emphasizing the importance of collective action to address community needs.
- Support in-person sales campaigns by explaining how donations fund vital community programs and inspiring others to participate actively.
- Create an inviting atmosphere for sales conversations about how charitable support can transform lives and strengthen community bonds.
- Assist in coordinating community involvement in charity events, encouraging local clients to contribute their time and resources.
- Gather support by sharing powerful stories of impact that demonstrate how community donations make a real difference.
Qualifications of the Sales Support Associate
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Experience in sales, customer service, or charity is a plus but not required.
- Comfortable with fundraising and sales campaigns and encouraging public participation.
- Driven by goals and motivated to contribute to strong fundraising results.
- Open-minded, coachable, and eager to grow in a community-focused sales role.
