Location: Scottsdale, AZ Hybrid
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM –5:00 PM (optional lunch = 8:00AM - 5:00PM)

You’ll be the voice of the brand, helping customers through email with empathy, accuracy, and a can-do attitude. You’ll also collaborate closely with our tight-knit team to keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.
- Respond to customer inquiries via email with empathy, accuracy, and efficiency
- Troubleshoot order and product-related issues using internal tools and systems
- Assist with returns, exchanges, order updates, and general questions
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and brand voice in every interaction
- Collaborate with internal teams (fulfillment, operations, etc.) to resolve escalated issues
- You’re based in Scottsdale and excited to work in-office and collaborate with our team
- Excellent written communication skills and strong attention to detail
- Customer-first attitude with a genuine desire to help others
- Ability to stay organized and efficient in a high-volume environment
- Preferred but not required: experience with Gorgias and/or Shopify
- Previous eCommerce or direct-to-consumer (DTC) customer support experience
- Familiarity with ticketing systems or CRM tools
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
