The ideal candidate will also be cross-trained as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and comfortable working in a clinical setting.

Position Summary
We are seeking a highly professional and organized Office Manager to support our ABA practice operations. This role is vital to our team's success and requires someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and familiar with the nuances of ABA therapy. The ideal candidate will also be cross-trained as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and comfortable working in a clinical setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations (phones, scheduling, documentation)
- Support clinical staff by coordinating schedules, materials, and communication
- Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries and concerns
- Collaborate closely with BCBAs and know when to escalate clinical or behavioral issues
- Maintain compliance with clinic protocols, privacy standards, and safety procedures
- Assist with interviewing, onboarding, CPR/crisis certification tracking, and practice management
- Previous administrative or office management experience (ABA or healthcare preferred)
- Strong professionalism, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and remain calm in a busy environment
- Willingness to become CPR and crisis certified through our organization
- Must be willing to pursue or already hold an RBT certification
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor's degree a plus)
