Behavior Technician (Full-Time or Part-Time) – Ontario, OH

Location: Clinic, In-home

Hours:

• Monday - Friday: 8:00 AM-12:00 PM or 12:00 PM–4:00 PM.
  
  

SparkJoy ABA, in partnership with Finni Health, is seeking a compassionate and motivated Behavior Technician to provide in-home ABA therapy to children with autism in Ontario, OH.

Your Role:

• Work 1:1 with children in both in-home and clinic-based settings, implementing individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Teach communication, daily living, and social skills
• Collect data and collaborate with supervising BCBAs
• Support families through parent training and consistent communication
• Work Environment - This role includes both clinic-based and in-home sessions. Employees must feel comfortable working inside client homes, visiting neighborhoods within the assigned territory, and supporting clinic-based needs as required. Flexibility is highly valued.
  
  

What You Bring:

• 1 year experience with children with autism or developmental disabilities
• Experience in Early intervention (ages 2–6) is required
• Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills
• A passion for helping children grow and succeed
• Reliable transportation to client homes in Ontario
• Proof of completion of a 40-hour Behavior Technician training course before starting
• Pass RBT Certification within 90 days of hire (we will help you study)
• Having an active RBT certification is a plus!
• Active CPR certification is required
  
  

Job Details:

• Part-time: 15 hours/week
• Full-time: 30 hours/week
• Pay: $17–$22/hr
