• M/W 8am-4pm with a break 12pm-2:30pm ; T/Th/F 9am-11am
  
  

SparkJoy ABA, in partnership with Finni Health, is seeking a compassionate and motivated Behavior Technician to provide in-home ABA therapy to children with autism in Amherst, OH.

Your Role:

• Work 1:1 with children in-home using individualized ABA treatment plans
• Teach communication, daily living, and social skills
• Collect data and collaborate with supervising BCBAs
• Support families through parent training and consistent communication
• Work Environment - This job operates in a client's home environment. Employees must feel comfortable going into client homes and neighborhoods within the assigned territory.
  
  

What You Bring:

• 1 year experience with children with autism or developmental disabilities
• Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills
• A passion for helping children grow and succeed
• Reliable transportation to client homes in Amherst
  
  

Job Details:

• Part-time: 15 hours/week
• Pay: $17–$22/hr
