As a Weekend Shift Warehouse Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for the efficient day-to-day operation of the warehouse, focusing on supervising warehouse personnel and achieving daily production goals. Weekly pay starting at $33.65/hr and great benefits available!Primary Responsibilities:Operations Management: Develop and implement shipping/receiving work schedules and assignments to ensure effective operations and meet goals. Supervise all inbound and outbound shipments to ensure correctness and timeliness.Productivity & Efficiency: Review daily work objectives and determine productivity requirements. Ensure equipment is utilized efficiently and coordinate maintenance. Partner with other leaders to balance labor and ensure appropriate staffing levels.Safety and Compliance: Ensure the safe, clean, and efficient operation of the warehouse. Support all safety programs and OSHA compliance. Follow documented processes for reporting and following up on employee injuries.Team Leadership & Development: Provide direct supervision, coaching, guidance, and recognition to warehouse personnel. Conduct daily pre-shift meetings covering productivity and workload forecasting. Assist in developing and delivering training and onboarding programs.Skills and Qualifications:Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field, OR at least 1-5 years of supervisory experience. High School Diploma or GED required.Technical Skills: Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and warehouse/mechanical equipment. Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (Manhattan preferred).Leadership & Communication: Excellent talent management and team building skills. Excellent verbal, non-verbal, and written communication skills, and customer service skills. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred (may be required in some locations).Physical Requirements & Environment: Must be able to stand/walk for up to 10-12 hours. Ability to lift and move totes up to 50 pounds. Must be able to work irregular or extended hours including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.Aptitude: Ability to work in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment and handle changing priorities.
