  • Own site cash flow forecasting and drive improvements in inventory, payables, receivables, and working capital
  • Provide financial leadership for major contracts, capital investments, and commercial arrangements
  • Maintain the integrity of SAP financial processes, master data, reporting tools, and Oracle HFM submissions
  • Lead internal and external audit readiness and ensure the timely resolution of findings
  • Develop, coach, and manage the site finance team while building a culture of accountability and continuous improvement

What we’re looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • CPA preferred
  • At least five years of relevant finance experience, with significant leadership responsibility
  • Strong manufacturing finance and cost accounting experience
  • Deep understanding of IFRS, GAAP, financial controls, and governance
  • Strong SAP experience; Oracle HFM experience is beneficial
  • Proven experience leading budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and performance management
  • Strong analytical, numerical, and digital capabilities
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
  • Strong business and commercial acumen
  • Confident communicator who can influence senior leaders and constructively challenge cross-functional stakeholders
  • Ability to operate effectively in a complex, fast-paced manufacturing environment

What success looks like

  • You ensure the accuracy and integrity of the site’s financial reporting while helping leadership make stronger operational and strategic decisions.

  • You provide clear visibility into financial performance, cost drivers, cash flow, working capital, and business risks. You strengthen financial controls, develop your team, and create accountability across the organization.

  • You are not simply reporting the numbers. You are leading the financial direction of the site.
