Position Summary

The Channel Operations Specialist supports InEight's Channel Partner program by providing operational, analytical, and technical support that enables scalable partner growth. This role partners closely with Sales, Marketing and Channel Partners to improve pipeline visibility, maintain CRM data, support partner activities, and provide insights that help drive growth. The primary focus of this position is to ensure the Channel Partner program operates efficiently through process management, reporting, and account intelligence.

Responsibilities

  • Research and identify strategic target accounts, ownership groups, construction portfolios, project activity, and market expansion opportunities to support channel growth initiatives
  • Build and maintain account intelligence, stakeholder mappings, and organizational charts for partners and prospective clients
  • Partner with Marketing to develop prospect intelligence, and market insights
  • Manage and maintain channel-related data, records, opportunities, and reporting within Salesforce CRM
  • Create and maintain custom Salesforce workflows, automations, dashboards, and reports that support partner and sales activities
  • Support Salesforce quoting processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency through automation
  • Evaluate win/loss data and provide insights that support strategic decision making
  • Support with forecasting activities, pipeline analysis, and performance reporting
  • Coordinate partner territory alignment, whitespace analysis, and account assignment activities
  • Leverage AI-enabled tools to improve account research, meeting preparation, workflow efficiency, and operational effectiveness

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field preferred
  • Experience in Sales Operations, Channel Operations, Revenue Operations, Salesforce Administration, or a related field
  • Experience supporting pipeline management, forecasting, and sales reporting
  • Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong Salesforce CRM experience, including reporting, dashboards, workflows, and data management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively across teams
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Salesforce reporting tools
  • Experience working with channel partner programs preferred
  • Familiarity with construction, engineering, capital projects, or related industries preferred
