Some of your primary responsibilities will include: Evaluating patients’ functional statuses (muscle function, endurance, visual coordination, written and verbal communication, self-care abilities, etc.) Evaluating home environment for hazards/barriers to more independent living and identifying equipment needs Participating in the development of the plan of care Developing treatment programs and establishing goals for improved function.
