THE ROLE The Director of Assessment and Intake performs the evaluation and admission process in conjunction with the on-call physician. The Director of Assessment and Intake directs the assessment department activities and monitors the quality of services provided. The Director of Assessment and Intake must be flexible, with excellent customer service, and be able to review clinical information and present it to the physician on call. He/She must be comfortable with entering information into Medik and Salesforce as well as verifying insurance coverage.
