Duties
- Perform comprehensive diagnostics using automotive and powersports-specific tools to identify issues accurately.
- Conduct repairs and maintenance on engines, suspensions, brakes, electrical systems, and chassis components.
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, soldering irons, and assembly techniques to complete repairs efficiently.
- Disassemble and reassemble vehicles with precision, ensuring all parts meet safety and quality standards.
- Conduct heavy lifting and physical tasks required for vehicle servicing while maintaining safety protocols.
- Provide exceptional customer service by explaining repairs clearly and recommending maintenance solutions.
- Maintain detailed service records, work orders, and inspection reports to ensure transparency and accountability.
Experience
- Proven dealership experience or service technician background in powersports or automotive repair environments.
- Strong mechanical knowledge of engines, transmissions, suspensions, brakes, and electrical systems.
- Hands-on experience with automotive diagnostics tools and troubleshooting procedures.
- Familiarity with vehicle maintenance routines including brake repair, assembly, welding, soldering, and suspension work.
- Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and perform heavy lifting safely.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information effectively.
