We are looking for an experienced and motivated Construction Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations on active job sites and ensure all projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
Job Summary
The Construction Site Supervisor will coordinate field activities, manage subcontractors, and ensure compliance with all safety and building regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong construction background, leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
- Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and construction crews.
- Monitor project progress and provide daily site reports to management.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards and local building codes.
- Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.
- Schedule inspections, deliveries, and equipment as needed.
- Resolve construction issues quickly and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and safe job site environment at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management preferred).
- 3 years of experience in construction supervision or site management.
- Strong understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and construction practices.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and construction management software.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
