This role is essential in managing a broad range of accounting functions, including accounts payable and receivable, financial data entry, and also scheduling functions, including managing overall production schedule and setting up deliveries and pickups.
Job Overview

- Goal: Handle daily Quickbooks tasks and manage production and shipping schedules.
Main Duties
- Accounts Receivable:
- Send out bills to clients.
- Track incoming payments.
- Email clients for late payments.
- Accounts Payable:
- Check vendor bills.
- Enter bills into the system.
- Truck Setup & Dispatch:
- Set up trucks for loads.
- Proper handling of paperwork.
- Manage schedule:
- Update daily production schedule.
- Run labels for jobs
- Routine metrics of jobs
Skills You Need
- Good with basic math and accounting.
- Strong skill in scheduling and planning.
- Detail oriented and able to think ahead.
- Know how to use office software and spreadsheets.
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
