Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Manager based in Indianapolis, IN. The Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Daily responsibilities include coordinating schedules, managing logistics, inspecting project progress, and facilitating effective communication among team members. Additionally, the Project Manager will work closely with vendors and clients to ensure overall satisfaction and project success.
Qualifications
- Experience in Project Management with strong organizational and leadership skills
- Knowledge of Expediting and proficiency as an Expeditor
- Skills in Logistics Management and Inspection to ensure project deliverables meet quality standards
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Construction Management, or related field is preferred
- Previous experience in a similar role in construction or design industries is a plus
- Proficiency in project management tools and software
Expected Year 1 Compensation: $115-125,000
