Concession Stand Worker

Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Concession Stand Workers. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while preparing and serving food and beverages in a fast-paced environment. You will play a vital role in ensuring that our guests have a positive experience at our venue.

Duties

• Prepare and serve food and beverages according to established guidelines and recipes.
• Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems, including Aloha POS and Micros POS, to process transactions efficiently.
• Engage with customers to provide excellent service, including upselling menu items to enhance their experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the concession area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
• Handle cash and credit transactions accurately while managing cash registers.
• Assist with food handling and preparation tasks, including cooking, assembling orders, and bussing tables as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking supplies as necessary.

Requirements

• Previous experience in the food service industry, particularly in quick service or fast food restaurants, is preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems (Aloha POS or Micros POS) is a plus.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests.
• Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards is essential.
• Culinary experience or kitchen experience is advantageous but not required.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $13.00 per hour
