Morning Seller Advocate

Indy Clover is looking for someone fun, friendly, and fashion-minded to join our team! Indy Clover Bountiful has part-time openings for weekday shifts from 9:45 to 2:45 and rotating availability on the weekend.

Here at Indy Clover, we are changing the way people buy and sell used clothes! We believe in creating an experience for everyone who enters our doors, and this starts with you! Working here you will help our Sellers have a great experience selling their used clothes and our customers catch the lucky finds!

We are seeking candidates with the following qualifications:

Reliable: We need people who show up on time and are hard working

Focused on Customer Service: Our employees need to provide excellent customer service to our shoppers and Sellers and come to work with a positive attitude.

Comfortable with Sales: Our store is constantly looking for new sellers to rent out booths. We are looking for someone who is a natural at speaking to people and explaining the booth rental process to shoppers and letting them know all of the benefits. Cash bonuses are rewarded to employees for each seller that uses their employee discount code.

Leadership: this position could lead to a promotion to an Assistant Manager in the near future.

Fashion-Minded: It helps a lot if you enjoy fashion and clothing!

Some responsibilities include

• Build relationships with Sellers and customers
• Assisting Sellers in setting up their booths
• Speaking to customers about renting a booth
• Providing excellent customer service
• Check out customer at the register
• Clean and organize the store

Hours and Pay

• Monday - Thursday shifts are 9:45am - 2:45pm
• Fridays 9:45am - 2:45pm, or 2:45 - 7pm, or 7pm-10:00pm
• Saturdays 7:45am - 12:00pm, or 12:00pm-4:00pm, or 4:00pm- 7:30pm

Starting at $13 per hour, but depends on experience.

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
