Indy CDJR in Brownsburg, Indiana is looking for driven, energetic, and customer-focused Sales Professionals to join our growing team.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist customers in finding the right new or pre-owned vehicle
• Build relationships and create an outstanding buying experience
• Follow up with internet leads, phone leads, and showroom traffic
• Demonstrate vehicle features, benefits, and technology
• Complete test drives and help guide customers through the sales process
• Work as part of a high-energy team focused on results and customer satisfaction
• Maintain product knowledge on Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram vehicles

What We’re Looking For:

• Sales experience preferred, but not required
• Automotive sales experience is a plus
• Strong communication skills
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
