Duties & Responsibilities:
- Create a positive first impression for customers
- Customer Greetings & Check-Ins
- Fumbled Communication Management
- Support the Internet Supervisor as a backup
- Document Scanning
- Coffee Station & Printer Stocking
- Supply Ordering
- Call & Mail Distribution
- Review Counts
- Expected to work outside at times
- Assistance with vehicle transports
- Giving & Receiving Feedback Consistently
- Other Duties as Assigned
The Ideal Candidate:
- Coachable and receptive to feedback

- Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- Demonstrates the ability to honor commitments
- Dependable, demonstrating consistent reliability in their work ethic and interactions with customers.
Minimum Requirements:
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record
- Must be able to pass background check
- Stable and consistent employment history
- Proficiency in both verbal and written communication
- Basic computer skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and Saturdays
- 2 years customer service experience
