What are the responsibilities and job description for the Manager position at Industry supply inc.?
This position is for office manager. The manager must be a good communicator, have excellent organizational skills and be a leader and have experience in management. Looking a self starter, an effective delegator, and someone who does not want to be micromanaged.
The duties will include overseeing, as well as working in all aspects of the office including overseeing all office supplies, digital marketing, emails, customer service, communication with the General Manager, and various office tasks.
Responsible for handling customer base, data entry, training employees once the Manager themselves has been trained. Implementing policies and standards across the board within our company and advising our team with sound decision making when needed.
We are looking for someone that understands chemical manufacturing or custom manufacturing, its intricacies, and can fit right in with our current warehouse, make adjustments when needed, maintain a good working environment and be a team player.
