Security Field Supervisor (Full-Time Grave Shift - Driving Position $19-$20/hr.)

About the Role
Industry Security Services, Inc. is seeking a professional and reliable Field Supervisor to oversee and support a team of security officers across multiple locations. This is a mobile position that requires driving a company-issued patrol vehicle throughout your shift. You will play a key role in ensuring operational effectiveness, post coverage, officer accountability, and client satisfaction.

Minimum Qualifications

• 1 year of supervisory experience, preferably within the security industry
• Prior security experience required
• Valid California Guard Card (active and in good standing)
• Valid California Driver’s License with a clean driving history
• Minimum 10 years of licensed driving experience
• High School Diploma or GED
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Experience with scheduling, shift coverage, and team coordination
• Comfortable using smartphones, laptops, and mobile operations applications
• Must be reliable, professional, and able to work independently
• Availability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and varied hours as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
• Experience using Belfry or similar security workforce management platforms

Key Responsibilities

• Drive a company-issued patrol vehicle to visit and inspect various security posts
• Supervise, coach, and support a team of 10 security officers
• Ensure compliance with post orders, company standards, and client expectations
• Manage daily schedules, handle call-offs, and ensure shift coverage
• Conduct routine site visits and officer performance audits
• Address and resolve operational issues and incidents in the field
• Document and submit daily shift reports and performance evaluations
• Maintain and track company-issued gear, uniforms, and supplies
• Act as the on-site point of contact for client concerns and incident escalations
• Promote a professional and safety-conscious environment at all times
