We’re looking for a Designer with strong frontend development skills to help us create high-converting landing pages, investor-focused websites, and branded digital experiences for our clients. You'll collaborate closely with our Head of Design, copywriters, and performance marketers to bring ideas to life across multiple industries.This role is perfect for someone who lives at the intersection of design and code: you’re just as comfortable in Figma as you are in VS Code. Experience with WordPress, Webflow, or React-based sites is a huge plus.

What You’ll Do
- Design and develop responsive landing pages, microsites, and full websites with a sharp eye for brand and performance.
- Implement modern, clean frontend code (HTML, CSS, JS) and work with CMS tools like Webflow or WordPress for fast rollouts.
- Translate design mockups from Figma or Adobe XD into fully functional web pages.
- Support backend needs when necessary (API integrations, form processing, or CMS customization).
- Optimize pages for SEO, loading speed, and accessibility.
- Collaborate with performance marketers to test and iterate on CRO experiments.
- Manage deployments using platforms like Netlify, Vercel, or GitHub.
What We’re Looking For
- Fluent English is required. You’ll work directly with U.S.-based teams and clients.
- 3 years of experience in web design and frontend development
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design
- Experience with React, Webflow, or WordPress
- Familiarity with Git, deployment platforms (Vercel, Netlify), and build tools
- Strong design sensibility and fluency in Figma or Adobe XD
- Bonus if you’ve worked with CRO, analytics tools, or API/CRM integrations.
