Shift: 1st – 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. / 6 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. depending on workload.

The Essential Job Functions Include
- Machine operation: Setting up, operating, and controlling machinery to meet production quotas and quality standards. This can involve loading materials and monitoring the process.
- Material handling: Loading raw materials into machines and unloading finished products.
- Safety and compliance: Following all safety guidelines, company procedures, and workplace regulations to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
- Quality control: Inspecting finished products for defects and making necessary adjustments to machine settings to ensure they meet specifications.
- Maintenance and troubleshooting: Performing routine maintenance, cleaning, and lubrication. Troubleshooting malfunctions, making minor repairs, and coordinating with maintenance teams for larger issues.
- Team collaboration: Working with other team members to meet daily production targets.
- Continuous improvement: Participating in initiatives to improve production efficiency and workflow.
- Deburr, Drill and Tap assorted parts.
- Ability to use assorted measuring tools.
- Count, sort, label, and measure parts for accuracy.
- Willing to work overtime as needed.
- Accept other duties as assigned.
