What are the responsibilities and job description for the Accounting Position position at Industrial Wood Products?
Main duties will be Accounts Receivable for two companies and general office duties such as assisting with answering phones, faxing, customer service, etc.
Accounts Receivable is responsible for receiving and processing orders, billing customers, posting payments, making deposits, filing, assisting co-workers as needed.
SAGE Accounting Software, Excel, Word, Outlook experience preferred.
Accounts Receivable experience required.
ATTENTION TO DETAIL and GOOD ATTENDANCE IS A REQUIREMENT
Full-time Hours: Mon-Fri / 7:30am - 4:00pm
