Industrial Engineering Apprentice

The company also provides integrated control systems, including variable frequency drives, PLCs, temperature controls, and fire protection interfaces for national and international projects.
Role Description The Industrial Engineering Apprentice is a full-time, on-site role based in Stafford, TX. The apprentice will support engineering staff in designing, analyzing, and improving industrial ventilation, air handling, and acoustical solutions for customer projects. Daily tasks include assisting with data collection, performance analysis, and layout development using engineering tools and CAD software, as well as preparing documentation, reports, and basic drawings. The role involves collaborating with manufacturing and project teams to ensure designs are feasible, cost-effective, and compliant with relevant industry standards. The apprentice will also participate in training activities, learn company processes and standards, and support continuous improvement initiatives in engineering and production workflows.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret technical data, perform basic calculations, and support performance evaluations.
• Candidates should possess solid Communication skills to collaborate with engineers, manufacturing staff, and customers, and to prepare clear documentation and reports.
• Candidates should possess foundational Industrial Engineering knowledge, including process improvement concepts, workflow analysis, and systems optimization.
• Candidates should possess an interest in Training and professional development, with willingness to learn company standards, industry codes, and engineering tools.
• Candidates should possess familiarity with Manufacturing environments, production processes, or industrial equipment, preferably through coursework, internships, or hands-on experience.
• Relevant qualifications include progress toward or completion of a degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Beneficial skills include basic proficiency with CAD software, exposure to HVAC or ventilation systems, and understanding of safety and regulatory guidelines.
• Ability to work on-site in Stafford, TX, demonstrate initiative, and manage multiple tasks in a project-driven environment.
