Commercial Field Installer
Position Overview
We are seeking reliable and hardworking individuals to join our team as Commercial Field Installer. In this role, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient installation, dismantling, and maintenance of large-scale commercial tents and temporary structures for events, projects, and field operations. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Load, transport, and unload tent equipment and materials to and from job sites.
• Safely erect and dismantle commercial tents, staging, flooring, and related structures.
• Secure tents to withstand environmental conditions such as wind and rain.
• Assist with site preparation, layout, and alignment of structures according to project requirements.
• Inspect materials and equipment for damage or wear, reporting issues to supervisors.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment on-site and in storage facilities.
• Adhere to all safety protocols, client regulations, and company standards during installation and removal.
• Communicate effectively with crew members, supervisors, and clients.
Work Environment
• Outdoor job sites in all weather conditions, including refineries, plants, ports, and industrial facilities.
• Fast-paced, hands-on, team-oriented environment.
• May require extended travel or overnight stays depending on project scope.

Requirements
Qualifications
• Prior experience in tent installation, construction, or related field preferred but not required (training provided).
• Ability to lift 50–100 lbs. and perform physically demanding tasks in varying weather conditions.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and rigging equipment.
• Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.
Compliance & Certifications
• Must hold or be able to obtain a TWIC (Transportation Worker Identification Credential) card.
• Must be able to pass DISA and NASAP compliance requirements, including background checks and drug/alcohol testing.
• Must complete all site-specific safety training and testing required for access to client facilities.
• OSHA 10/30 certification is a plus.
