Responsibilities
- Perform general construction labor and carpentry tasks.
- Assist with framing, finishing, remodeling, and new construction projects.
- Read and follow plans, drawings, and supervisor instructions.
- Measure, cut, and install building materials.
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Load, unload, and move materials around job sites.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Assist with demolition, site preparation, and cleanup.
- Follow company safety policies and OSHA regulations.
- Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects on schedule.
Qualifications
Required
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical labor throughout the day.
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and job site safety.
- Ability to work in varying weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
Preferred
- 1 years of construction, carpentry, remodeling, or labor experience. Training will be available
- Experience with framing, trim work, siding, decking, or finish carpentry.
- Ability to read blueprints and construction drawings.
- OSHA 10 certification preferred (we offer Osha Class)
