We’re hiring a Waterjet Operator to join a fast-paced manufacturing team in Longmont. This role is hands-on and ideal for someone who enjoys precision work and working with state-of-the-art waterjet equipment. You’ll be producing high-quality metal parts while following strict tolerances and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate waterjet cutting machines
- Create and adjust nests and programs for production runs
- Monitor parts during production to ensure quality and accuracy
- Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other precision tools
- Read and interpret blueprints, job travelers, and work instructions
- Troubleshoot equipment and process issues to minimize downtime
- Deburr, finish, and handle parts safely
- Perform routine maintenance and follow shop safety procedures
Qualifications:
- Experience operating waterjet machinery (Flow or similar preferred)
- Ability to read blueprints and work to tight tolerances
- Comfortable using inspection tools (micrometers, calipers, gauges)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
