Account Executive/Outside Sales- Aggregates and Sealant & Adhesives
Industrial Supply Solutions, Inc. is a wholesale distributor of maintenance, repair, and operations products servicing the mining and industrial markets since 1946. Our customer base includes some of the largest companies in the U.S. We have a strong focus on the Aggregate/Mining industries as well as the sealants and adhesives used in many manufacturing industries.

We have an opportunity for an Account Executive/Outside Sales for the Phoenix, AZ and surrounding markets.
Responsibilities:
- Generate new business with new and existing customers
- Ensure technical requirements for customers are met
- Provide technical support to assist with on-site troubleshooting of customers' concerns
- Interact face-to-face with customers to foster strong relationships
- Work with local suppliers to identify, quote, engineer, and capture solution based sales
- Provide business planning to reach product and sales goals
- Work with and coordinate vendor resources to build relationships and support sales
- Completing reports regarding itineraries, expenses, sales calls and leads
Requirements:
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Aggregate and or Mining past sales experience
- Team oriented, outgoing, positive personality with superior problem-solving skills
- Travel to customers
- Work experience in Microsoft Office; proficiency in Excel
- Ability to multitask and manage time well
- Make quick sound decisions and “think out of the box” mentality
- Driver’s License, with a good driving record, and dependable transportation
- Business or related degree a plus
This will be a salary plus commission position. Company provides major medical insurance, term life insurance, and 401K. Compensation package will be commensurate with experience, proven track record, and ability. Pre-employment drug testing, physical and background check required.
