Their mission centers on providing the safest, best total cost of ownership solutions for customers while maintaining operational excellence and long-term relationships across the aggregate market.
POSITION OBJECTIVE
The District Manager – North Central is responsible for growing and leading ISSI’s district operations across Colorado, Iowa, Nebraska, Kansas, southern Minnesota, and Missouri, championing both the company’s Christian Family Values and its commitment to superior customer service.
This leader will work shoulder-to-shoulder with Account Executives, Operations Managers, suppliers, and customers, driving revenue, gross margin, and operational health across multiple branches. The District Manager will partner closely with the existing District Manager to collaboratively lead the region.
This role is both relational and highly active in the field—not an office-based management role. The District Manager will support account executives on joint calls, meet with strategic customers, engage with suppliers, and ensure ISSI’s service and values are represented throughout the district.

- Coach, develop, and hold accountable the district’s Operations Managers, Sales Representatives, Inside Sales Team, and Warehouse Support — fostering a culture of teamwork, ownership, and continuous improvement.
- Represent ISSI professionally in the field, serving as a trusted leader who brings clarity, communication, and value to every team and customer interaction.
- Support onboarding and development of new hires within the district, ensuring alignment with company standards and expectations.
- Identify opportunities for operational and sales improvement and implement scalable systems and processes to strengthen district performance.
