Get a Better Job at Industrial Source and Make Things Happen!

Industrial Source is hiring a full-time Class A Cryogenic Bulk Tanker Driver to join our Medford team. This position focuses exclusively on transporting bulk liquid CO₂ between supplier pick-up points and our Medford, Springfield, Salem and Portland, Oregon operations. This is a great opportunity for an experienced driver who values independence, flexibility, consistent hours, high-quality equipment, home time, and being treated like a professional.

The Route: Typical pick-up locations include: Keyes, California, Price, Utah, and Ferndale, Washington. Primary pick up: Keyes, CA. A typical work week includes two CO₂ pick-ups per week and two deliveries per week. Approximately 40–45 hours per week. Note: Drivers who effectively manage DOT-allowed driving hours and scheduling efficiency may often complete their workload in approximately 3.5 days per week, allowing for additional personal time during the remainder of the week.

What You’ll Do

  • Safely operate a Class A cryogenic tanker tractor/trailer combination
  • Load and off-load liquid CO₂ using bulk tanker transfer systems
  • Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
  • Complete DOT logs and required transportation documentation accurately
  • Maintain compliance with DOT, OSHA, EPA, FDA, and company safety standards
  • Secure cargo (CO2 Liquid) and safely transport hazardous material
  • Maintain clean equipment and communicate maintenance concerns proactively
  • Represent the company professionally with suppliers, branches, and customers
  • Qualifications required: Current Class A CDL with Tanker, Air Brakes, and Hazmat endorsement. Current medical card, safe driving record, minimum age 21 due to hazmat requirements. Preferred: Tanker and tractor-trailer experience, cryogenic or compressed gas experience
  • Schedule & Lifestyle: Unlike many driving jobs, this role offers significant flexibility and autonomy. You’ll have the ability to manage your route schedule efficiently, maximize DOT driving hours strategically, potentially condense your workweek, return home regularly instead of extended over-the-road travel. This is a solid fit for a professional driver who values freedom, responsibility, and efficiency over micromanagement
