Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Odessa, TX for a Shop Foreman. The Shop Foreman will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing and supervising team members, ensuring maintenance and repair of heavy equipment, and handling carpentry tasks as needed. The role involves coordinating with team members to ensure effective communication and workflow within the shop.
Qualifications
- Experience in Supervisory Skills and Communication
- Knowledge of Heavy Equipment and Maintenance
- Experience with Pressure Relief Valves
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Relevant certifications or technical training are a plus
