Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Oversee inventory control, including stock management and ordering supplies as needed.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate team members to foster a productive work environment.
- Maintain high standards of customer service, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with upper management to develop operational goals and objectives.
- Fill out daily paperwork and keep up with crews.
Skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in defusing situations that may occur.
- Experience in roofing/sheet metal is preferred.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customers.
