What You'll Do
- Set up and adjust equipment for production runs
- Operate manufacturing equipment and machinery
- Monitor production processes and product quality
- Troubleshoot basic equipment and process issues
- Follow established safety and quality procedures
- Work closely with team members to achieve production goals
What We're Looking For
- High School Diploma or GED
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Manufacturing, production, industrial, machine operator, or warehouse experience is a plus
- Ability to commute to Northvale, NJ
