- Assist the sales team by interacting with clients, preparing quotes and proposals.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries promptly and professionally
- Coordinate with operations teams to insure project success.
- Support order processing from initial inquiry through delivery, ensuring timely execution and customer satisfaction
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and project documentation
- Follow up with clients post-service to ensure ongoing satisfaction and identify opportunities for additional support or sales
- Collaborate with internal departments to streamline workflows and improve overall service delivery
- Proven experience in customer service or sales support within industrial services or related fields
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and confidently
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of crane, rigging, or heavy equipment industries is a plus but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and build positive relationships with clients
- Proficiency in computer software such as CRM systems, MS Office Suite, and other relevant tools
