Hiring & HR Manager

Industrial Repair Service is a leading industrial repair service provider with 5 regional locations. We are seeking a highly organized, in-person Hiring & HR Manager to manage our HR operations and candidate logistics across all branches.

Position Overview:
In this role, you will be the administrative and logistical backbone of our company's growth. Please note: This position does not conduct final or technical interviews. Instead, your primary focus is building the hiring pipeline: sourcing candidates, screening resumes, scheduling interviews for company leadership, and running day-to-day HR.

Key Responsibilities

Hiring & Recruitment Logistics:

• Build and manage the candidate pipeline for all 5 branches.
• Coordinate hiring for all core positions, including Technicians and Inside/Outside Sales.
• Post open positions on job boards and actively source skilled trades and sales professionals.
• Review resumes against basic qualifications.
• Coordinate and schedule all interviews between qualified applicants and company leadership.
• Handle pre-employment logistics, including background checks, drug screenings, and onboarding paperwork.

Human Resources & Operations:

• Administer employee benefits, health insurance enrollments, and retirement plans.
• Maintain organized digital and physical personnel records.
• Manage unemployment claims with state agencies.
• Coordinate performance reviews.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: 3 years of experience in HR, recruiting coordination, or multi-site administrative management.
• Skills: Exceptional organizational, communication, and scheduling skills.
• License/Certification: Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record (Required).

Work Location: In person – Cumming, GA

Pay: From $75,000.00 per year
