Industrial Refrigeration Pros is searching for a Recruiter to join our team! If you are passionate about recruiting, have a creative flair and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, this position could be for you.
- Develop, facilitate, and implement all phases of the recruitment process
- Collaborate with department managers to identify and draft detailed job descriptions and hiring criteria
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools to manage leads and track progress
- Manage job postings, including the company social media platforms
- Screen applications and select qualified candidates
- Schedule interviews; oversee preparation of interview questions and other hiring materials
- Collaborate with the hiring managers and/or other human resource staff during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and equitable hiring practices
- Coordinate and participate in job fairs, recruiting sessions and various marketing campaign efforts
- Performs other duties as assigned

- At least two years of Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in a fast-paced environment, required
- Familiarity with various recruitment tools, platforms, and applicant tracking systems
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent work experience, required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics
- Ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously
- The ability to create and implement recruitment strategies
- Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- SHRM-CP or SHRM Talent Acquisition Specialty Credential, a plus
