Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Material Handler to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the flow of materials within our manufacturing and warehouse, ensuring that products are received, stored, and shipped accurately and efficiently. This role requires a strong attention to detail, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to operate various types of equipment safely. This role is also responsible for feeding our production lines.
Responsibilities
- Assist in shipping and receiving processes, ensuring accurate documentation and timely delivery of goods.
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to perform routine maintenance on equipment as needed.
- Safely operate forklifts to move materials throughout the facility.
- Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to optimize workflow and improve operational efficiency.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with safety standards.
Skills
- Experience in warehouse and/or operations.
- Strong mechanical knowledge for equipment operation and maintenance.
- Prior Experience operating a forklift
We operate on a 27/7 schedule with a day shift (7:00 am to 7:00 pm) and a night shift (7:00 pm to 7:00 am) with opens on both shifts.
There is also an opportunity for a Monday - Friday, 8 hours shift on both days and nights.
