Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Working Lead to oversee production on the 2nd shift. The ideal candidate will bring proven warehouse experience and strong leadership skills to ensure smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Load and unload trucks efficiently and safely.
- Prepare docks for the next day's outbound shipments.
- Coordinate and supply materials for machine operations.
- Utilize inventory management systems to track and manage materials accurately.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a warehouse or similar setting.
- Strong knowledge of shipping, receiving, and inventory management processes.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to collaborate with team members and other departments. (Bilingual skills are a plus.)
- Ability to lead and mentor team members to ensure productivity and compliance with safety standards.
