Shipping & Receiving Coordinator
Location: Salem, NH
Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week (5 days)
Industrial Protection Services, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Shipping & Receiving Coordinator to join our team in Salem, NH. This role plays a key part in keeping our operations running smoothly by ensuring accurate shipping, receiving, and inventory coordination. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily shipping and receiving operations to ensure timely and accurate delivery and receipt of goods, in accordance with internal policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records for all inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring compliance with applicable requirements and internal tracking standards.
- Manage purchase orders to support timely processing, fulfillment, and appropriate inventory levels.
- Accurately enter and maintain logistics and inventory data within internal systems to support reporting and operational decision-making.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams to support overall production and fulfillment goals.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in shipping, receiving, or logistics coordination preferred.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Strong organizational skills with close attention to detail.
- Clear communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
Compensation
- Hourly Rate: $22–$24 per hour, depending on experience
- Schedule: Full-time, 40-hour workweek (5 days)
