• Operate sandblasting and powder coating equipment safely and efficiently
• Strong sense of ownership-your work matters here
• Learn and master tasks quickly as they are assigned
• Maintain a steady workflow—this is a fast-paced, non-traditional environment
• Stay proactive and think ahead to minimize downtime
• Adapt to changing priorities with a positive, team-first attitude

Compensation & Details:

• PAY: $45/hour starting pay
• TYPE: 1099 contract position (no benefits), long term opportunity.
• HOURS: Monday - Thursday, 6am-4:30pm, 40 hours weekly, paid weekly
• One week’s paid vacation per year

Preferred (not required) Experience:

• Class A CDL
• Fabrication experience
• Leadership experience
