We’re looking for a Marketing Strategist who’s ready to learn, experiment, and grow. You don’t need years of experience — just curiosity, creativity, and a drive to figure things out.
You’ll work directly with our COO, learning how to tell powerful stories about industry, people, and progress. You’ll gain real marketing experience, hands-on mentorship, and your IMS Storytelling Certification — proof that you can translate technical work into content that moves people.

- Develop and execute marketing campaigns across social, print, and trade platforms.
- Create content (graphics, posts, case studies, video scripts) that turns industrial work into compelling stories.
- Manage website updates, SEO-friendly content, and ensure brand consistency.
- Coordinate trade show and event marketing — signage, displays, giveaways, and digital promotions.
- Collaborate with sales and leadership to translate technical capabilities into customer-facing messaging.
- Analyze and report on campaign performance — what worked, what didn’t, and why.
- Maintain a marketing calendar to keep our brand visible year-round.
- Tech-savvy with a solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
- Comfortable on social media (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok)
- Naturally creative, curious, and detail-oriented
- A strong communicator who enjoys turning ideas into visuals and stories
- Eager to learn new tools and concepts quickly
- Bonus points for: Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or video editing experience
- Your IMS Storytelling Certification, developed in-house to teach the art of industrial marketing
