Duties
- Track and record attendance for students, instructors, and staff using various office management tools.
- Manage daily schedules, including class times, appointments, and special events, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Serve as the primary point of contact at the front desk, greeting visitors and directing inquiries with professional phone etiquette.
- Operate multi-line phone systems to handle calls efficiently, providing excellent customer support and support to internal teams.
- Maintain organized filing systems for attendance logs, reports, and related documents, ensuring easy access and confidentiality.
- Utilize computer skills including Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Diamond SIS and data entry to update records accurately.
- Assist with clerical tasks such as proofreading documents, managing calendars, and supporting office management activities.
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
