This position is a full-time Administrative Support position, located in Louisville, KY, which provides a full range of moderate to complex clerical/secretarial work assignments in support of Industrial Kiln & Dryer Group’s Eastern District. The incumbent reports directly to the Office Manager but interacts with a wide range of individuals including customers, operations support staff, and Customer Service Representatives. Successful candidates will have excellent customer service skills and must be outcome oriented. The employee will be expected to make informed decisions, work independently, be detail oriented and clearly communicate. Work often involves front line communications with current customers (crew) requiring active problem solving and effective interpersonal skills. This position will also work closely with the home office operations support team and other district team members. This position will require periodic evening and weekend follow up and/or tasks completion. You will be fully engaged and busy from the first day and we guarantee there will never be a dull moment.

· Ability to juggle multiple projects with superb accuracy.
· Entry of job details into our operational systems, weekly payroll tasks for crew, making travel arrangements, reading/revising, and verifying job documentation and working with customer data base.
· Assignments and projects often involve coordinating with other work groups to gather routine information or solve problems.
· Customer service driven approach and viewing team members, crew, and Sales team as their customer.
· Provide support to Office Manager, District Manager and the Sales Team and timely responsiveness to calls and emails.
· Manage the day-to-day operation and administrative endeavors.
· Exceptional customer service skills, over the phone and in person, with our crew, vendors, and internal departmental personnel.
· Previous experience in an administrative role is a plus.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Email, Internet is required.
· Requires strong communication skills, both verbal and written, organizational skills, both analytical and problem solving.
· Extremely organized. Strong multi-tasking and time-management skills and ability to achieve deadlines under pressure with a positive approach.
· Payroll experience helpful.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
