Industrial Inspection & Analysis®️ (IIA) is seeking a highly organized and proactive part-time Inside Sales professional to support our business development efforts across Western North America. This role will play a key part in managing inbound leads, maintaining CRM data integrity, and supporting client engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain Salesforce CRM, including lead tracking, data cleanup, and conversion optimization
- Conduct initial outreach to inbound leads in Western USA and Canada (East managed separately)
- Follow up on dormant or aging leads and coordinate meeting scheduling for senior technical discussions
- Proactively contact clients who have not recently submitted samples, based on sales dashboard insights and direction from Inside Sales Manager
- Coordinate order handoff to customer service and assist with follow-up as needed
Candidate Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Ability to think critically and adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Professional demeanor, reliability, and strong interpersonal skills
- Quick learner with a proactive mindset
- Previous customer service or inside sales experience and/or previous experience in fuel/oil testing preferred
Position Details
- Part-time role (up to 20 hours per week)
- Preference for candidates based in the West Coast time zone (minimum 4 hours per day)
- Compensation: $22–$25 per hour, commensurate with experience
