What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Assistant position at Industrial Inspection & Analysis?
Industrial Inspection & Analysis is looking for a full-time Administrative Assistant to join our Administrative team at our lab in St. Louis for immediate employment. Starting pay for this position is $19/hr.
Job Responsibilities
- Type test reports using Microsoft Word.
- Communicate with internal employees and external clients via email and phone
- Provide general office support for items such as printing, scanning, filing, etc.
- Generate and send invoices to clients
Qualifications
- High School diploma
- Administrative Assistant experience or related field preferred
- Customer service oriented
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
