We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Executive to build and maintain client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and drive revenue growth. The Account Executive serves as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring their needs are met while promoting products and services that support their business objectives.
Essential Functions
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through prospecting, networking, and referrals.
- Present products and services to potential customers and conduct sales demonstrations.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of agreements.
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Manage the sales pipeline and maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with marketing, customer success, and product teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and account plans.
- Resolve client concerns and provide ongoing support to strengthen customer retention.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
