This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Haven, CT, for a Welding Engineer. You will ensure weld quality control, analyze materials using advanced technologies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize welding processes. The role may also involve troubleshooting and providing technical solutions to improve manufacturing efficiency while maintaining high safety and environmental standards.


Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Laser Welding and Arc Welding techniques
  • Strong knowledge of Quality Control processes and Welding Inspection
  • Understanding of Metallurgy and its application in welding and materials selection
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Effective communication and collaboration abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Welding Engineering, Materials Science, or related field
  • Experience in industrial or manufacturing environments preferred
  • Familiarity with safety and environmental compliance regulations is a plus
