We’re seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Experienced Manufacturing Buyer to join our procurement team and help ensure our supply chain runs smoothly and efficiently.
Employment Type: Full-Time - 1st Shift
Key Responsibilities
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best quality, price, and delivery terms.
- Manage purchase orders from creation to delivery, ensuring timely fulfillment of production needs.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with production to forecast material requirements.
- Maintain strong vendor relationships and resolve any supply issues promptly.
- Analyze market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities and mitigate supply risks.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and industry regulations.
Qualifications
- Required: 3–5 years of purchasing experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Proven track record of cost reduction and supplier performance improvement.
