The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in metal fabrication, blueprint interpretation, and precision assembly, with a commitment to quality and safety.
Employment Type: Full-Time - 1st Shift
Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders.
- Fabricate metal components using cutting and forming techniques.
- Operate fabrication equipment such as shears, brakes, and CNC machinery.
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet specifications and quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Collaborate with engineers, supervisors, and other team members to meet production goals.
Qualifications:
- 2 to 5 years of fabrication experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Strong knowledge of metals, alloys, and fabrication processes.
- Ability to read and interpret complex blueprints and schematics.
- Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
